Nursery 3-4 years
Our Nursery opened in October 1998 and is run under Community Facility Powers, overseen by the Governors of the Infant School. It has grown from strength to strength and provides quality and fun early educational experiences for 3 – 4 year olds.
The Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum is planned with regard to the 7 areas of ‘Early Learning Goals’, as laid down by the Government and is taught through a mix of structured free play and adult directed activities.
We link closely with our pre-school and ensure that by the end of their Nursery experience, the children are prepared to progress into the school setting with ease.
The majority of Nursery places are 15 hrs funded, however we also support 30-hour funded places. Please ask for more information.
We would welcome you to contact us for a visit if you are interested in bringing your child to our happy welcoming Nursery.
